Puppycat Momo

They/Them

2025 Pet Contestant

“If you always chose to be the pet when you played house as a kid, chances are you might look a little something like Momo these days.

Puppycat Momo (they/them) is a 24-year-old bratty, non-binary pet from Kansas City, who finds joy through service and strives to diversify the kink community. With their leash held tightly by their Daddy Zach, Momo travels throughout the Midwest and beyond, seeking new ways to be of service and build community.

Their journey into pet play began in early 2020 with the discovery of their local pet play group, Midnight Howl KC. Although the pandemic delayed their first in-person event, Momo spent lockdown connecting online, learning queer kink history, and deepening their passion for the community. Now, as Missouri Pet 2023, a board member of Midnight Howl KC, and an associate member of RUDIS Leather Society, Blue Max St. Louis, and the KC Pioneers, Momo is deeply involved in fostering inclusive spaces.

They’ve volunteered and staffed at events like Wisconsin Leather Pride, Austin Kink Weekend, Midwest Leather & Kink Alliance, OKC Kink Weekend, Southplains Leatherfest, and International Puppy and Trainer. Through their dedication and visibility, Momo demonstrates that the next generation of kinksters is stepping up with pride, curiosity, and respect for those who paved the way.

Momo honors all facets of pet play, believing every critter has a place. No matter your identity or background, they encourage you to embrace your inner animal and explore the joy of pet and critter play.”

Cohen

He/They

2025 Handler Contestant

Shalom! I’m Cohen, Daddy Cohen, or Pup Cohen (He/They). I have been a part of the leather scene for 3 years. My training as a Graduate rabbinical student, with a minor in sexuality studies, and as a Leather Archives workshop attendee for three years, as well as my attendance at the International Puppy and Trainer Contest for two years, are key assets to running for Midwest Handler.

My goal as a Handler is to leave my pets or subs in a better or evolved place than they came into the scene with. I bring structure, spirituality, meditation, hypnosis, and my 10 years of studying to be a professional actor into my work for those I serve and who serve me.

As a Dom handler, I help people uncover their truths and bring them to life by revealing the nature of their animalistic and primal selves. I do this by infusing my healing work as a rabbinical student and as a mental health professional into my kink training from Bear and Fifi, Leather Archives, Plura classes, and past mentors and Doms.

After a moment of hiatus from the community at large to spend some time working in a Tauntra practice as a client of @bearandfifi, developing my own consent kink practice out of my home dungeon I built,  I am ready to apply my skills in the consent accountability process through an abolitionist context to the pup and handler community. As a handler, I utilize my platform to combat the punitive nature of cancel culture and foster open dialogue around consent for both those who have been harmed and those who have caused harm.

I love that kink for me is the place where we all get to be exactly who we are and something else all at the same time. I have brought forth reckoning. I love being a handler, hoping to harness and facilitate others’ GOOF and most authentic joy in their play. I am a Handler for the people and for all the dogs that are ready to face themselves and have fun doing it. And if you wanna make me grin, all you have to say is “Yes, Rabbi”, and il be at your service to fulfill your fantasy ;)

Handler Mase

He/Him

2025 Handler Contestant

Handler Mase (he/him) is a lifelong Kansas Citian whose strong Midwest roots have fueled his passion for serving and advocating for his community. Raised by his four first-responder parents, Mase grew up with a deep sense of service, compassion, and commitment to others. These values continue to guide him, especially in his role as a handler, where he works to create safe, inclusive, and affirming pet play spaces anywhere he goes.

In 2013, at just 22 years old, Mase made history as the youngest person to chair the “Back to the Basics” Kansas City Pride Festival. Since then, he has remained a dedicated advocate for inclusivity and visibility, consistently working to uplift and support his community. Mase is a full member of Midnight Howl KC, an organization dedicated to Kansas City’s pet and handler community, where he serves as both Treasurer and (for now) the lone handler on the Board of Directors. You can find him at leather and kink events— especially those centered around pet play-spending time with his husboy Dustin and his other partners, Pup Scruffy and Luke.

Mase believes in turning words into action, especially when it comes to welcoming marginalized members of the community-particularly trans pets, pets of color, and others who often face exclusion or feel unwelcome. To truly be a community that welcomes all, he believes we must be intentional in making that our reality.

Raidho

He/Him

2025 Handler Contestant

“Why does a Shiba Inu run in circles? Because it’s hard to run in squares!” – Raidho (probably)

Raidho (sounds like Fido, but starts with an R) is a chaotic, quixotic, puppy who has been involved in the leather and kink community for over a decade. While he’s never held a title… yet, he’s passionate about showing the different ways pups and humans can find their voice and create change in our community. As a switch, Raidho is also passionate about breaking down false expectations that people need to live in one role or box. Sirs can be pups, subs can be tops, and every other wonderfully delicious combination that life can create!

When he’s not busy hosting an event, telling dad jokes, chewing shoes during a meeting, or sniffing out new ways to help, you can find Raidho indulging in his other passions, like archery, belly rubs, traveling, belly rubs, building Legos, belly rubs, games, and belly rubs. Raidho is the co-founder of the Windy City Pups and Handlers, a board member of IPTC, the former beta of MAKK, the former North Regional Director for The Titans of the Midwest and had the privilege of judging IPC in 2018. Raidho has an amazing chosen family. He is Dad to his son, Teo; Alpha to his beta puppy (the bestest border collie ever), and, most importantly, is married to the love of his life, Figaro.
